The problem it solves
Mosques, cultural associations and independent creators produce far more short video than they manage to publish. The clips exist — a recitation, a two-minute reminder, a piece of calligraphy filmed last month — but posting them one at a time, every day, at the right hour, is work nobody has time for. Accounts go quiet for three weeks, then publish eleven videos in an afternoon.
Louhichi takes that last step off their hands. The account owner keeps a library of approved videos; the service publishes them to their own TikTok account, on the rhythm they chose, and reports back what went out.
The name of the service in Arabic is فيديوهات دينية وثقافية — literally « religious and cultural videos », which is exactly the scope of the content it handles and nothing else.

What gets published, and what does not
The service handles one category of content. That narrowness is deliberate: it keeps the review of every clip simple and the account's identity coherent.

Never published
- Content the account owner does not hold the rights to
- Sectarian attacks, incitement, or content targeting a group
- Rulings or claims attributed to a scholar who did not make them
- Fundraising or commercial solicitation disguised as religious content
- Anything that breaches TikTok's Community Guidelines
Relationship with TikTok
Louhichi is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance. It is an independent application that uses TikTok's public developer APIs under TikTok's developer terms. Every action it takes on your account happens through those official APIs, with an access token you granted and can revoke at any moment from inside the TikTok app.
