Authorisation, data, content rules and what happens when you leave.
Will anything be posted without my approval?
No. Only videos explicitly marked as approved in your library are eligible for publishing, and only to the account that authorised Louhichi through TikTok’s own login flow.
Do you need my TikTok password?
Never. Authentication happens entirely on TikTok’s side through Login Kit (OAuth 2.0). We receive an access token, not credentials, and we could not sign in as you even if we wanted to.
How do I revoke access?
In the TikTok app, open Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Manage app permissions and remove Louhichi. Our token stops working immediately.
What happens to videos already published if I revoke?
They stay on your account and remain entirely yours. Revoking stops future publishing; it does not remove anything already posted.
Where are my access tokens stored?
On our own server at louhichi.tn, over HTTPS, never in your browser and never shared with a third party. They are used only for the API calls listed on the How it works page.
Do you read my private messages?
No. We do not request any inbox or messaging scope, so TikTok would refuse such a call even if it were made. The four scopes we request are listed in full on every relevant page.
Who owns the videos published through the service?
You do, or the original rights holders do. Louhichi claims no ownership over anything posted to your account and never republishes your content elsewhere.
Can I use it for content that is not religious or cultural?
No. The service is scoped to religious and cultural short video. Content outside that scope is refused — it is what keeps review of each clip tractable.
What happens if a publish fails?
The failure is recorded with TikTok’s error and shown on your dashboard. Nothing is retried silently in a way that could double-post a video.
How do I have my data deleted?
Email contact@louhichi.tn, or follow the steps on the Data deletion page. Everything is erased within 30 days and we confirm in writing.
Is Louhichi affiliated with TikTok?
No. It is an independent application built on TikTok’s public developer APIs. It is not endorsed or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance.
Is there a cost?
The service is operated privately for the accounts it was built for. If you want to use it for your own institution, write to contact@louhichi.tn and we will tell you whether we can take it on.
