These Terms of Service govern your use of Louhichi (« the Service »), operated at louhichi.tn. By connecting your TikTok account, you agree to them.

1. Description of the Service

The Service allows the owner of a TikTok account to:

• authorise the Service through TikTok's official Login Kit (OAuth 2.0);
• maintain a library of short religious and cultural videos and approve individual videos for publishing;
• have approved videos published to their own TikTok account, on a schedule they control, through TikTok's Content Posting API;
• view their TikTok display name, avatar, public account statistics and list of published videos.

The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance.

2. Account authorisation

The Service acts only on TikTok accounts whose owner has explicitly granted authorisation through TikTok's official login flow. TikTok displays the exact permissions being requested before you accept them; they are also listed on our How it works page and in our Privacy Policy. You may revoke authorisation at any time from Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Manage app permissions in TikTok; the Service then immediately loses the ability to read your data or publish on your behalf.

3. Your responsibilities

• You must own, or be authorised to act for, the TikTok account you connect.
• You are responsible for ensuring that all content published through the Service complies with TikTok's Community Guidelines, TikTok's Terms of Service and all applicable laws.
• You must hold the necessary rights to any video, audio, recitation or image you publish.
• You must not publish content that is unlawful, hateful, misleading, or that misattributes religious rulings or cultural material.

We may suspend publishing on an account that breaches these obligations.

4. Scope of content

The Service is limited to short religious and cultural video. Requests to publish content outside that scope will be refused.

5. Content ownership

All videos published through the Service remain the property of the account owner or of their original rights holders. We claim no ownership over content published to your account and do not republish it elsewhere.

6. Automated publishing

Publishing is automated only in its scheduling: no video is sent to TikTok unless the account owner approved it first. You remain responsible for the content of every video you approve.

7. Availability and no warranty

The Service is provided « as is », without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we depend on the availability and behaviour of TikTok's APIs, which may change without notice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including damages caused by third-party platforms such as TikTok, by API changes, or by content you chose to publish.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by revoking its access in TikTok and requesting deletion of your data. We may suspend or terminate access where these terms, TikTok's developer policies or applicable law are breached.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service. The revision date at the top of this page will change, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Tunisia.
